This year we held our AGM at St Barnabas, Stoke again but this time the weather wasn't as fine as shown here but the foyer was warm!

The final preparations for the evening were commenced

With the tables set up, the emphasis then shifted to the kitchen

and the food

As everyone gathered, hot soup was served first.

Next came the first course

After the AGM, dessert was served

Meanwhile back in the kitchen there were the necessary chores

while everyone enjoyed a quiet chat

over a cup of tea or coffee

Then our guest speakers Bishop Derek and Alice Eaton told us what they had been doing since they had been at our 2006 AGM, proceeded by a Bible reading

We concluded the evening with a presentation to Derek and Alice

the Grace was said

along with farewells

and cleaning up.
